Overseas-only eligibility

silkserenite is a public creator service offered only to people located outside mainland China and in countries or regions where TikTok and the relevant TikTok developer services are lawfully available. silkserenite is not available in mainland China.

By using silkserenite, you represent that you are not accessing the service from mainland China, including through a China-based IP address, and that you will not use a VPN, proxy, false location, or other method to bypass a TikTok or silkserenite regional restriction. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher.

What silkserenite provides

silkserenite lets eligible creators register a public-service account, connect authorized TikTok accounts, choose a connected account, view TikTok information in real time, prepare an original video, review all required settings, and expressly approve transmission to TikTok.

silkserenite is not a private or company-internal TikTok utility, a content archive, a bulk account-management tool, or a service for copying arbitrary content from other platforms.

Your silkserenite account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your silkserenite account and must notify us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

silkserenite stores the account information needed to authenticate and secure your account, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

Multiple TikTok connections

One silkserenite account may connect multiple TikTok accounts so you can select the appropriate account before publishing. You may connect only TikTok accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to operate.

Each connection is created through TikTok's official authorization process and is limited to the scopes you approve. You may disconnect any individual TikTok account without disconnecting the others. silkserenite never receives your TikTok password.

No silkserenite content archive

silkserenite does not save a local media library, drafts, captions, publishing history, or TikTok analytics. Selected media and post details are processed temporarily only to preview, validate, and perform the transfer you request.

After TikTok confirms receipt, the temporary media copy and post data are deleted immediately. Canceled, failed, and timed-out requests are discarded when the request ends. You are responsible for keeping your original files because silkserenite cannot restore them after transfer.

Real-time account and work queries

TikTok account details, creator posting options, works, videos, and status information shown by silkserenite are retrieved from TikTok when you request them. silkserenite does not retain those query results or create a local record of your TikTok works.

Results may change or become unavailable at any time. TikTok is the source of truth, and you should confirm important information in TikTok.

Creator control and publishing consent

Before transmission, you must select the destination account, preview the content, provide or confirm the caption, actively choose an available privacy setting, review interaction settings, make required commercial-content disclosures, and give express consent to publish. silkserenite does not preselect privacy and keeps optional interaction settings off by default.

Available options may depend on the latest information supplied by TikTok for the selected account. TikTok processing and moderation may continue after the transfer is received.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of your content. You grant silkserenite only the temporary, limited permission necessary to process, preview, and transmit the content according to your instructions.

You must own the content or hold all necessary rights, releases, music permissions, and consents. Content must be authentic to the creator's account and suitable for a public creator service. silkserenite does not add a promotional watermark and may not be used to remove watermarks or republish content without authorization.

TikTok rules and third-party services

Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, policies, technical limits, moderation, and availability. You must complete any disclosure or music confirmation required for your post.

silkserenite cannot guarantee TikTok's uptime, API availability, review outcome, processing time, distribution, moderation decision, or continued support for any feature.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or non-consensual material.
• Do not impersonate others or connect an account without authorization.
• Do not publish spam, manipulate engagement, or run undisclosed automated or bulk posting.
• Do not bypass geographic, age, account, scope, rate, feature, moderation, or platform restrictions.
• Do not scrape, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or compromise silkserenite or TikTok services.

Disconnection, deletion, and suspension

You may disconnect any TikTok account or request deletion of your silkserenite account at any time. Disconnecting removes the authorization information for that connection. Account deletion removes your silkserenite registration information and all linked TikTok authorization records, subject to limited legal and security obligations.

We may restrict or terminate access to protect users, respond to security risk, comply with law or TikTok requirements, enforce these Terms, or stop unsupported regional access.

Disclaimers, changes, and contact

silkserenite is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or connected-platform requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Questions may be sent to silkserenite.official@gmail.com.
