Service area and eligibility

silkserenite is offered only to users located outside mainland China and only in countries or regions where TikTok and the relevant TikTok developer services are lawfully available. silkserenite is not offered in mainland China and must not be accessed from a mainland China IP address or through a VPN, proxy, or other method intended to bypass regional restrictions.

If TikTok or a requested feature is unavailable in your location, you must not use silkserenite to circumvent that restriction.

silkserenite account information we store

To operate your silkserenite account, we store the registration and security information you provide, such as your name, email address, password hash, account status, session and security information, and records of your acceptance of our Terms and Privacy Policy.

We do not store your TikTok password and will never ask you to provide it to silkserenite.

TikTok authorization information we store

One silkserenite account may connect multiple TikTok accounts. For each connection, we store only the authorization information needed to identify, display, maintain, and revoke that connection: the association with your silkserenite account, TikTok account identifier, display name or avatar when TikTok provides them, approved scopes, encrypted access and refresh tokens, token expiry, and connection status.

Authorization tokens are kept server-side and are used only for the TikTok features you request. Disconnecting one TikTok account removes that account's stored authorization record without affecting your other connections.

Content and TikTok data we do not retain

silkserenite does not maintain a local content library, drafts archive, publishing history, or analytics database. We do not persist videos, captions, hashtags, cover selections, privacy choices, interaction settings, commercial-content disclosures, creator-information responses, TikTok video or work query results, or publish-status responses.

These items may be held briefly in memory or temporary processing storage only to preview, validate, transfer, or display the request you initiated. They are not added to your silkserenite account record and are not placed in a silkserenite backup.

Temporary processing and immediate deletion

When you expressly approve a post, silkserenite temporarily processes the selected media and post settings solely to transmit them to TikTok. silkserenite deletes its temporary media copy and transient post data immediately after TikTok confirms that the transfer has been received.

If you cancel, the transfer fails, or the request times out before TikTok confirms receipt, silkserenite discards the temporary data when that request ends. Because silkserenite does not keep a copy, you must retain your original media and cannot restore it from silkserenite after transfer.

Real-time TikTok queries

Creator details, available posting options, account information, video or work lists, and processing status are requested from TikTok in real time when you ask to see them. The response is displayed for the active request or session and is then discarded; silkserenite does not create a local archive of those results.

TikTok remains the source of truth for content, status, visibility, and account information shown through these queries.

How we use and disclose information

• Authenticate and secure your silkserenite account.
• Maintain the TikTok connections you authorize and let you choose among multiple connected accounts.
• Retrieve TikTok information in real time when you request it.
• Preview and transmit a post only after your express approval.
• Prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, comply with law, and enforce our Terms.
• Respond to account, privacy, and support requests.

Sharing, sale, and training

When you approve a post or request TikTok information, the information needed to perform that request is exchanged with TikTok. TikTok handles data it receives under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We may use infrastructure, hosting, and security providers only as needed to operate silkserenite under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal information, use your TikTok data for targeted advertising, or use your content to train public AI models.

Security and limited technical logs

We use encryption in transit, restricted access, encrypted server-side token storage, and least-privilege practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Hosting and security systems may necessarily process limited, short-lived technical information such as IP address, request time, device or browser data, and error or abuse signals. silkserenite does not intentionally build a product database from these logs. They are retained only as needed for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, or legal obligations and are then deleted or de-identified according to the provider's applicable schedule.

Retention, disconnection, and deletion

We keep your silkserenite registration information while your account remains active. We keep each TikTok authorization record until you disconnect that account, delete your silkserenite account, revoke access at TikTok, or the authorization otherwise expires and is no longer required.

Disconnect one TikTok account

1. Open Connections in your silkserenite workspace.
2. Select the TikTok account you want to remove.
3. Choose Disconnect and confirm.

This deletes that account's stored mapping, approved scopes, encrypted access and refresh tokens, expiry, and connection status. Other connected TikTok accounts remain available.

Delete your silkserenite account

1. Open Account settings.
2. Select Delete silkserenite account.
3. Review the consequences and confirm.

Account deletion removes your silkserenite registration and authentication data and all linked TikTok authorization records from active systems, subject only to limited records we must retain for security or legal compliance.

If you cannot access your account, email silkserenite.official@gmail.com from the address used to register and include “Data deletion request” in the subject line. We may verify account ownership and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law.

Your choices, age, and contact

You may review or correct your silkserenite profile, disconnect any individual TikTok account, revoke TikTok access, or request deletion of your silkserenite account. Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their location, whichever is higher.
